We initially hired Haley to provide much-needed logistical support for our growing team of professionals, all of whom work remotely, but our needs evolved, and we were delighted to learn that she holds many other talents. She has now developed an online project management system that helps us organize and track the work of our many partners, and has become our lead internal web designer, working closely with our communications lead to help develop dynamic informational websites and an application system for our grants program. We wasted time looking for photos, wasted storage space with photos saved in multiple places, and risked infringing on copyright limitations. Our Marketing & Communications team at Bobby Dodd Institute hired Haley to assist with content development for our annual report. She was able to tell our organization’s story and detail our past year’s successes in a way that was inspiring and effectively appealed to our target audience. The Rhode Island chapter of The Nature Conservancy hired Haley in 2017 to organize many thousands of photographs into a searchable, digital archive on a TNC-approved platform.
